Laser Eye Surgery Discounts

Surency members receive LASIK eye surgery discounts through the U.S. Laser network which includes access to more than 600 locations across the United States including preferred providers like LasikPlus, TLC Laser Eye Centers, and The LASIK Vision Institute.

Surency members receive 15% off standard prices — or — 5% off promotional prices, and even more perks when seeing a preferred provider. When visiting a preferred provider, members receive a free LASIK Exam (more than $100 value) and savings of $800 on LASIK procedures.

To use the LASIK discount, locate a LASIK provider by calling 1-800-988-4221 or visit eyemedlasik.com. Call center hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 8 pm EST and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Hearing Discount

Surency members get access to hearing discounts through Amplifon Hearing Health Care which offers access to thousands of nationwide providers. Members receive up to 64% off retail prices of thousands of hearing aids, a 60-day hearing aid trial period and 2 years of free batteries with initial purchase.

To use the hearing discount, call 877-203-0675 to find a hearing care provider and schedule an exam.
