Receive Text Notifications For Your Surency Account

Want an easier way to receive alerts, such as: your FSA claim has been filed, your HRA claim has been denied, or, you're about to run low on funds in your HSA? Receive alerts on the go when you set up text notifications for your FSA, HSA, HRA, or Commuter Benefits Account.

 

FSA Alerts

Wondering when your claim was filed or if it denied? You can receive email or text notifications by setting them up in your Member Account. Alerts include:

  • Claim has been filed
  • Claim has been denied
  • Receipt is needed

 

HSA Alerts

If you’re concerned about withdrawing too much from your account or contributing past the IRS maximum, you can set up the following text alerts:

  • Account Summary
  • HSA Contribution are within an amount you set of the IRS max
  • When withdrawals from your HSA exceed an amount you set

 

HRA Alerts

Alerts include:

  • Claim has been filed
  • Claim has been denied
  • Receipt is needed

 

Commuter Benefits Alerts

Alerts include:

  • Claim has been filed
  • Claim has been denied
  • Receipt is needed

 

How to Set Up Text Alerts

To set up these alerts, simply log in to your Member Account. Then click on the Message Center tab, then click “Update Notification Preferences”. Enter your email and/or phone number and select your preferences, then click “Submit”. You will then receive a text notification letting you know it was set up.
